WHY I Do This

My Journey

As a long time very busy corporate executive, I neglected my physical, fiscal and technological health. Eventually all three caught up with me. This made me realize the harm this neglect causes. That is why I have made it my mission to do what I can to help other busy businessmen with solutions to avoid at least some of the consequences.

It's hard to farm out living healthy but you can get a coach. Likewise with your financial assets. Technology is the easiest to delegate to someone else, especially since the time involved and the high rate of change, just ask my wife.
